Worked on benching today with my F6 shirt….Kirk cut the back so it’s a bit different now. Alot harder to touch, so had to work on that today and finding the groove.

Monday – bench
foam roller warm up then 3 mins of spidermans and stretching. Still trying to get the hips loose and it’s really starting to work.

not sure where I started…but ended at 200lbs. Couldn’t get it off my chest , but hit 190 easy enough. Happy w/ that, no belt, only wrist wraps.

Missed Wednesday workout because I was sick all week. Needed the rest but just felt like such a slacker. lol
Saturday had a full gym ….worked on deadlift and then made up my front squats from Wednesday.
Happy with everything I hit today.
Deadlift
starting with 235lbs did 12,10, 8,6,4,2,1,1,1,1
went up by 10lb’s each time and ended up at 340lbs raw.

Started a new program today. I will be only lifting 4 days a week (no two adays anymore) and when I go to Bally’s in the morning, I’ll only do rolling out, stretching and cardio. If I have time, I’ll do some abs.
