Good morning, I hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving and a great holiday weekend. Only 26 more days until Christmas! Everyone likes to set goals for the new year starting Jan 1st, but why not get a good start on it.
We just had a bunch of people do a biggest loser contest amongst friends for the month of November until Thanksgiving. Now it can be your turn to get a group of friends together and set a group goal, followed by individual goals. Can you do it? Send your goals my way, let’s see if you can! For me, I am starting a new training cycle with bands. I am following my training partners plan and I have to say, today felt awesome.

Training: warm up Bench: purple bands – worked up to 3×10 bent over rows 4×10 pin RDL’s 3×10 chest flyes 3×15 Maybe I will do some abs today… haven’t done them in like 4 months:(
